现批准《城市公共交通工程术语标准》为行业标准,编号为CJJ/T 119-2008,自2008年9月1日起实施。
本标准由建设部标准定额研究所组织中国建筑工业出版社出版发行。

前言
根据建设部建标[2003]104号文的要求,标准编制组在深入调查研究、认真总结实践经验,参考有关国家标准和行业标准,并在广泛征求意见的基础上,制定了本标准。
本标准的主要技术内容是:1.总则;2.基本术语;3.公共交通设施;4.公共交通运营;5.车辆保养与维修;6.技术经济指标;7.公共汽电车交通;8.快速公共汽车交通(BRT);9.出租汽车交通;10.城市轮渡;11.客运索道、缆车;12.客运扶梯、电梯等。
本标准由建设部负责管理,由主编单位负责具体技术内容的解释。

1 总则

1.0.1 为使我国城市公共交通工程术语规范化,利于国内外交流,促进公共交通事业的发展,制定本标准。
1.0.2 本标准适用于城市公共交通(轨道交通除外)工程。
1.0.3 城市公共交通工程术语除应符合本标准外,尚应符合国家现行的有关标准的规定。
2 基本术语
2.1 一般术语
2.1.1 城市公共交通 urban public transport
在城市地区供公众乘用的各种交通方式的总称。也可简称公共交通或公交。

根据居民出行的分布及其发展趋势,统筹安排不同公共交通方式的功能分工、线网布局、场站建设、车船配置以及相应的人员和机构等事项的发展计划。

由若干种公共交通方式的线路、场站、交通工具及运营组织等组成的客运有机整体。

城市快速公共汽车系统、快速轨道交通系统和快速轮渡系统的总称。
2.1.11 公共交通信息系统 public transport information system
利用现代通信、计算机等技术手段对公共交通业务信息进行采集、传输、处理和应用的系统。

居民出行所采用的步行、自行车、公共交通、自备汽车等交通方式,分别承担的出行量占出行总量的百分比。

2.2 公共交通方式
2.2.1 常规公共交通 regular public transport
单向客运能力小于每小时1万人次的公共交通方式,一般指公共汽车交通和无轨电车交通等客运方式。

2.2.2 中运量公共交通 medium-carrying-capacity public transport
单向客运能力为每小时1~3万人次的公共交通方式,一般指轻轨交通、单轨交通和快速公共汽车交通等。
2.2.3 大运量公共交通 large-carrying-capacity public transport
单向客运能力大于每小时3万人次的公共交通方式,一般指地铁交通。

2.2.4 单向客运能力 one-way carrying capacity
单位时间内从单方向通过线路断面的客位数上限。即车辆(列车)额定载客量与行车频率上限值的乘积。计量单位:人次/小时。

2.2.5 公共汽车交通 bus transport
以公共汽车沿固定线路按班次运行的客运方式。
2.2.6 无轨电车交通 trolley bus transport
以无轨电车沿架空接触线网在道路上按班次运行的客运方式。
2.2.7 快速公共汽车交通 (BRT) bus rapid transit
以大容量高性能公共汽电车沿专用车道按班次运行,由智能调度系统和优先通行信号系统控制的中运量快速客运方式。简称快速公交,英文缩写BRT。

2.2.8 出租汽车交通 taxi transport
一般以客运小汽车按乘客需要的时间和地点行驶的客运方式。

2.2.9 城市轮渡 urban ferry transport
在城市及附近水域,以渡轮沿固定航线按航班运行的客运方式。也可简称轮渡。
2.2.10 城市客渡 urban passenger ferry transport
以运送乘客为主,也可搭载少量货物的城市轮渡。
2.2.11 城市车渡 urban vehicle ferry transport
以运送行驶途中的客(货)车为主的城市轮渡。

2.2.12 客运索道 passenger cable transport
由驱动电机和钢索牵引的客车(吊厢、吊椅)沿架空索道运行的客运方式。
2.2.13 客运缆车 passenger cable car transport
由驱动电机和钢索牵引的车厢一般沿坡面轨道往复运行的客运方式。
2.2.14 客运扶梯 passenger escalator transport
由驱动电机和链条牵引的梯级和扶手带沿坡面连续运行的客运方式。
2.2.15 客运电梯 passenger elevator transport
由驱动电机和钢索牵引的轿厢沿垂直导轨往复运行的客运方式。

3 公共交通设施
3.1 公共交通线路
3.1.1 公共交通线路 public transport line
城市公共交通中运营车(船)沿固定路线和车站(码头)运行的通路。也可简称线路。

3.1.2 线路长度 line length
沿公共交通线路的两个运行方向从起点站到终点站的里程的平均值。

3.1.3 线路周长 girth length of operation line
运营车在线路上往返运行一周的里程,即往返线路长度与两端回车(折返)里程之和。

3.1.4 回车里程 turn round distance
运营车从线路一个方向的终点站到另一个方向的起点站的里程。也称折返里程。
3.1.5 线路条数 number of operation line
在一定范围内运营线路的总数,不包括临时线、区间线和专为机关、学校、企事业单位服务的班车线。
3.1.6 线路总长度 total line length
在一定范围内全部线路长度之和。

3.1.7 线路平均长度 average line length
线路长度的平均值。
3.1.8 公共交通线路网 public transport line network
在一定区域内布有公共交通线路的道路组成的网络。
3.1.9 线路网长度 line network length
在公共交通线路网内,各道路中心线长度的总和。
3.1.10 线路网密度 line network density
线路网长度与城市建成区面积之比。

公共交通线路总长度与线路网长度之比。

线路长度与起止站之间的直线距离之比。

3.1.13 线路负荷 line loading
在考核期内,线路所完成的客运周转量与运营时间之比。计量单位:人公里/小时。

单位线路长度上的线路负荷。计量单位:人公里/小时公里。

不同线路之间能实现尽可能方便、快捷的换乘。

3.1.16 线网优化 line network optimization
综合研究公共交通线路网内的客流变化规律,合理调整运营线路,达到提高乘客出行效率和降低运营成本的目的。
3.1.17 公共交通线路设施 pubic transport line facilities
在公共交通线路上设置的相关建筑物、构筑物、设备及标志等总称。
3.1.18 线路名 line name
线路的名称,一般以阿拉伯数码加“路”(“线”)字命名。

3.1.19 市区线路 urban line
全部或大部在城市市区运行的公共交通线路。
3.1.20 郊区线路 suburban line
全部或大部在城市郊区运行的公共交通线路。
3.1.21 长途线路 long distance line
在城市与较远地区之间运行的公共交通线路。

3.1.22 旅游线路 tourist line
在城市中较大的客流集散点与旅游景区之间运行,主要为旅游乘客服务的公共交通线路。
3.1.23 昼夜线路 day and night line
每天24小时连续运营的公共交通线路。
3.1.24 夜间线路 night line
仅在夜间运营的公共交通线路。
3.1.25 高峰线路 peak-hour (rush-hour) line
仅在高峰时间内运营的公共交通线路。
3.1.26 快车线路 express line
采用大站距运营的公共交通线路。
3.1.27 临时线路 temporary line
为临时需求而设的公共交通线路。
3.1.28 环行线路 loop line
环绕某一区域运行,起止站合一的公共交通线路。
3.1.29 内环线路 inner-loop line
沿顺时针方向运行的环行线路。
3.1.30 外环线路 outer-loop line
沿逆时针方向运行的环行线路。
3.1.31 单行路段 one-way section
在公共交通线路上的某一路段,往返路径不同,且停靠车站也不同。
3.1.32 公交专用道路 public transport exclusive way
在规定时间内,只允许公交车通行的道路。
3.1.33 公交专用车道 public transport exclusive lane
在规定时间内,只允许公交车通行的车道。
3.1.34 公交逆向专用道 retrograde exclusive lane for public transport
在单行道路上,允许公交车逆向通行的车道。
3.1.35 全封闭线路 all-separated line
以隔离墩、护栏、隧道、桥梁等物质实体与其他车辆和行人全线隔离的公共交通线路。
3.1.36 半封闭线路 part-separated line
以隔离墩、护栏、隧道、桥梁等物质实体与其他车辆和行人在部分路段隔离的公共交通线路。在未隔离部分,设有优先通行信号系统。

3.2 公共交通车站
3.2.1 公共交通车站 stop of public transport
在公共交通线路上,供运营车停靠、乘客候车和乘降的设有相应设施的场所。也可简称车站。
3.2.2 站名 stop name
车站的名称,一般以当地地名加“站”字命名。
3.2.3 车站序号 series number of stop
从公共交通线路的首站开始,顺序对沿线各车站所作的编号。也可简称站号。

3.2.4 站牌 stop board
在公共交通车站设置的乘车指示牌,标明本站站名、线路名、沿线各站站名、运行方向、运营时间、票制、票价等。
3.2.5 起点站 origin station
运营车按调度指令开始单程载客运行的车站。也称始发站。
3.2.6 终点站 destination station
运营车按调度指令结束单程载客运行的车站。
3.2.7 起止站 origin and destination station
起点站和终点站的统称。也称端点站。
3.2.8 沿途站 stop
除起点站和终点站以外,沿公共交通线路设置的其他车站。也称中途站。
3.2.9 调度站 dispatch station
具有调度职能的车站。
3.2.10 首站 origin station
在公共交通线路上,设有主调度的起止站。

3.2.11 末站 terminal
在公共交通线路上,不设主调度的起止站。
3.2.12 首末站 origin station and terminal
首站和末站的统称。
3.2.13 中心站 central station
多条公交线路的运营管理中心,也是多条线路首末站的汇集中心,还能为公交车辆提供保养、停放、加油、加气等服务。
3.2.14 换乘站 transfer stop/station
能实现不同公交线路之间相互换乘的车站。
3.2.15 枢纽站 transfer hub
有多条公共交通线路汇集的客流集散量较大的起止站组合。
3.2.16 公共交通综合枢纽 transfer hub of public transport
在多种公共交通方式的线路汇集的特大型客流集散点,为安全、有序、高效地疏导客流而设有相关设施和场地的大型车站集合体。

3.2.17 招呼站 call-responsive stop
在公共交通线路上,根据乘客需要而增设的不另设站号的车站。
3.2.18 港湾式车站 bus bay
运营车停靠时不占用行车道的车站。

在同一线路的同一运行方向,相邻两车站的对应点之间的距离。
3.2.20 平均站距 average stop spacing
在城市的同类地区(指市区或郊区)、同种交通方式(指常规公共交通或快速公共交通)中,站距的平均值。

乘客到车站乘车所需步行距离的上限值。

在车站供乘客候车和乘降的高于路(轨)面的平台。
3.2.23 站台长度 platform length
由设计停靠车辆数决定的站台全长。
2.2.24 站台高度 platform height
站台地面与路(轨)面的高差。
3.2.25 停车标志 stop sign
车辆进站停靠时,应与之对齐的标志物,是计算车站在线路上的里程位置的坐标点。

在车站供乘客遮阳、避雨的设施。
3.2.27 候车廊 waiting corridor
在车站为乘客安全、有序乘车而设置的有护栏的长廊。
3.2.28 停车坪 parking lot
在线路首末站,供待发车和歇班车停放的场地。
3.2.29 回车道 passage way
运营车从线路一个方向的终点站到另一个方向的起点站的通道。也称折返线。
12 客运扶梯、电梯
12.0.1 自动扶梯 escalator
由循环运行的电动梯级和扶手带沿坡面运送乘客的设备。

12.0.2 升降高度 rise of escalator
自动扶梯或电梯的进、出口处地板表面之间的垂直距离。
12.0.3 扶梯倾斜角 inclination angle of escalator
梯级和扶手带运行方向与水平面之间的夹角。
12.0.4 梯级 steps
在自动扶梯中供乘客站立的阶梯状运输单元。
12.0.5 扶手带 handrail
在自动扶梯中与梯级同步运行的供乘客握扶的带状部件。
12.0.6 扶手带防夹装置 anti-nip device for handrail
在自动扶梯入口处,当乘客手指或其他物品被夹进扶手带缝隙时,能使自动扶梯停止运行的装置。
12.0.7 电梯 elevator
由轿厢、导轨、井道、曳引绳、曳引机、对重等组成的垂直运送乘客的电动升降设备。
12.0.8 轿厢 lift car
能沿垂直导轨移动的装载乘客的箱形轿体。
12.0.9 导轨 guide rail
供轿厢和对重垂直运行的导向轨。
12.0.10 井道 well (shaft)
容纳轿厢和对重沿导轨垂直运行的建筑空间。
12.0.11 曳引绳 hoist rope
在曳引机的驱动下带动轿厢和对重交替升降的钢丝绳。
12.0.12 曳引机 traction machine
由电动机、制动器和曳引轮组成的带动曳引绳、轿厢和对重运行的装置。
12.0.13 对重 counterweight
由曳引绳经曳引轮与轿厢连接,在运行过程中起重力平衡作用的装置。
12.0.14 层站 landing
在各楼层供乘客候车和出入轿厢的场地。也称层厅。
12.0.15 平层 leveling
轿厢停靠时,使轿厢地面停到层站地面的同一高度。
12.0.16 平层准确度 leveling accuracy
轿厢停稳后,轿厢地面与层站地面之间在高度上的偏差值。计量单位:毫米。
12.0.17 联锁装置 door interlock (door locking device)
轿厢门与层站门联动关闭并锁紧后,轿厢方能开始运行的机电控制装置。
